Solar farms for energy intense industrial uses such as data centers, mining, warehousing, smelters, etc. (300+ acres)
Solar farms for hydrogen production and distribution (500+acres)
Wind power developers looking for vast land holdings (1000+ acres)
Energy storage firms that can use renewables to feed battery storage sites (25+ acres with easements to sub-stations). Also known as BESS.
Geothermal uses in locations that have such resources, like the Salton Sea.
Lands for farming that can continue as farmland/pasture with the use of newer technology involving agrivoltaics.
Supportive of Renewable Energy Credits (REC's)
Off-grid locations that require custom low cost green energy electricity solutions.

Corporate and Industrial locations of any type in need of nearby land for their own power generation and carbon reduction (100+ acres).
Mitigation land for permitting and other county/state/federal requirements (200+ acres)
Easements needed by developers of all sorts required for wire, road, fiber, rail and water. Target payments typically of around $10,000 per acre for non-exclusive easements. Typical width of 20' for a wire or road easement.
